Its hard planning my wedding because anytime I start to think about details, I tear up. When I think about my son walking me 1/2 way down the aisle, I tear up. When I think about how my fiance will look at me for the first time, I tear up. I wont be able to look at my mom cause she’s going to be crying. I dont know how Im going to make it…. I hope I dont have an ugly cry (lol) !!! Geeze Louise you would think its going to be a sad occasion or something. Im definately making for your “tears of joy” packets. I need REALLY GOOD mascara and tissue ! But how do you carry tissue down the aisle with you??????Where do you put it? I dont have pockets in my dress and it will probably be inappropriate to pull it from my boobs… right?

Maybe just keep a tissue pressed in your hand, or have your son keep on in his pocket, and your Fiance keep some in his pocket? it’s totally normal to be emotional! I am going to be a wreck haha!

Get your maid of honour to carry it down; if it’s a small enough pakcet, she can hide it in her hand under the bouquet (if she’s carrying one!). Or you could have the groom or best man put tissues in their pockets (or even the officiant).

Have your Fiance keep it in his pocket and he can hand it to you when you reach the point of needing it. Worked out great for me!

Get a beautiful lace trimmed hanky to carry in your hand. It will look like a beautiful accessory that you decided to carry along with your bouquet. That way you can use it to dab your eyes and you won’t have the problem of what to used tissue afterwards.
