O….m…g!!! I thought I felt bad coming to work after not going to bed early enough. OMG!!! I am wrecked! I can’t concentrate properly and my eyes are hurting…. *sad*
Craig has always had this weird sleep habit and it’s never bothered me at all… he chews in his sleep… it use to be just a chewing sound…. but not… omg… in the last week or so it’s turned into slamming of his teeth with a grind after each slam… as well as super loud chewing noise with his lips….. omg! it wakes me up so many times during the night *cries* I’ve told him he needs to speak to the dentist because i know there is no way that is good for his teeth either. i poke, punch or yell BBAAAABBBBEEEE during the night when it wakes me up… by morning i’m extremely tired but i can’t take it out on him because its not like hes doing on purpose lol or is he? HAHAHA
It can’t be stress…. he has nothing to stress about… i’m the one who works! LOL
i’m so tired!!!
He suggested sleeping in another room so that he doesn’t wake me up… but to me that is worse… i can’t even get to sleep if hes not in bed with me HAHA!! lose lose situation.

I agree that he really needs to see a dentist. I think a mouthguard will help with some of that noise and annoyance.

He ought to see a dentist, but until then…get him a basic dental tray to see if that stops the problem. If you can’t find a simple plastic one, buy a cheap whitening kit and just use that tray. I used to clench my jaw and grind my teeth in my sleep during stressful periods, so I used a whitening tray to stop it. It should be the one piece though, not the tray for uppers and tray for bottom. You can buy a basic dental tray for $5-10 at a CVS or Walgreens though.

oh sorry, it’s a drug store. Those sorts of things should be available at any store that sells over the counter meds and dental stuff like toothpaste and toothbrushes.
The one I had looked something like this.

I’d have him lie in bed with me to fall asleep, than take himself to the couch. Or, the other trick I use when Fiance is not around, is to pile pillows up on his side of the bed. Good luck!
