I never used one but I know what you are going through.  I could not sleep on my stomach any more and forget about exercising!!  My breasts are fine now.  Once I hit my second tri and a little before it got better.

OMG, mine even hurt in bras.  It was horrible, but it does go away in the 2nd trimester.  🙂

Yikes, I never had to experience this part of pregnancy, I hope it gets better for you!

You’re not alone… I feel your pain!  I’m normally a small b-cup, so I’m wondering if the baby prepping is too much for my boobs to handle.  I’m glad to hear it gets better in the 2nd trimester though.  The thought of going through seven more months of this boob pain is scary.

Ugh – I feel your pain. Unfortunately for me, this magical relief of the 2nd trimester has not happened. I’m 20 weeks and they feel just as bad as they did when I found out I was pregnant! Hope this won’t be the case for you, but just wanted to share how my body is reacting.

It gets better…. and then worse…. and then better again…. and then worse. lol. You get the idea. The very beginning was the worst for me. I went up 2 cup sizes by 8 weeks. They were never really that sore again.
