I would definitely take a pregnancy test as soon as you can. Then no matter what the result, I would call your doctor. If you are pregnant, spotting can be normal for some women. However, doctors prefer to see you early on in the pregnancy and usually more often if you do have bleeding. If you aren’t pregnant, you still probably want to get it checked out since you are ttc.

Sounds more like you are spotting.  What color is it?  anything that is brown or pink is fine, if you are pregnant, which you dont know you are.  As soon as you get a chance, try to test.  You could be pregnant.  Also, if you just got off the pill, it might be possible that your periods are just trying to regulate.  GL

You may have had an annovulatory cycle and just have some hormones out of whack leading to some bleeding.  During my long cycles when I didn’t ovulate for about 3 months, every 2-3 few weeks I’d have some bleeding for a week or so.

Just reading back through your threads to get some history, you have PCOS and have recently had an HSG? So it’s not entirely surprising that your period is a bit late. And if it is late, spotting wouldn’t be uncommon. The only way to know if you’re pregnant is to take a test. Good luck!

I’d definitely take a pg test just to make sure. If you’re pregnant you shouldn’t be using a tampon.

Sounds to me like possible pregnancy, but as the other pp’s said, could be anything. Good luck!

@Ryansgirl:  I’m echoing the PP. Take a test definitely, you never know! We definitely want an update though when you get a chance! ; )
