They are both great dresses and they both look nice on you, so I think it depends on how you want to look.

That first dress is amazing, it really compliments you, hun.

They both look amazing on you. The satin dress though looks impeccable! Very form fitting and clean. The tulle dress has a messy look to it.

@raisedonrobbery:  This is super personal and a bit rude, so please don’t answer if you don’t want to….but what size is that sample? It fits you perfectly (or so it looks from the photos).

I love the Dabra.  I’m in the midst of deciding whether to exchange my Detalle for Dabra, so I can understand the two-dress problem!

I love the shape of the satin dress and I think it has much more of a “wow” factor than the first dress.  I love the beading, and I even like the bow in the front!  It makes your figure look great!  It’s sophisticated and glamorous.  I think the lace dress is very sweet and innocent-looking, but I don’t know if it does as much to show off your figure.

Again, as other posters have stated, it all depends on how you want to look on your day!

My personal preference is the first dress, but which suits your venue/theme better? I imagine the first could work for anything from outdoor-chapel-indoor weddings, but the second is much more glamorous and more of an indoor, evening dinner type setting… I agree with the PPs about heat and weight too! Very important to be comfortable 😉

I’m going to buck the trend and say maybe to shop some more.  While the 1st dress is pretty….I am sick of seeing it.  I swear everyone on this board has tried this dress (or similar style) and it’s losing that “special” factor for me.

Both are equally lovely.. it just depends on which vibe you are going for.

Dress #1 is more pretty, princessy, feminine, delicate

Dress #2 is beautiful, sexy and more womanly. and less conservative

Personally I’m more wowed by the va-va-voom styles, so for I voted #2 – but i definitely get why you are having such a dilemma!! 🙂

@raisedonrobbery:  I love the lace one on you!  Good luck with your decision, I bought the two I couldn’t decide between online and am 99% sure which I’m going with but still have days where I think I want to switch to the other.

Holy cow those are soooo pretty!!! They are both absolutely breath taking!!! But I chose the first one. I just like lace and tulle better than silk. That’s just me though. But they are both so pretty.  My mouth dropped when I was looking at them!

I think it depends on what kind of wedding you’re having, but the second one is absolutely stunning and shows off your curves. LOVE it!
