I need some help deciding on a veil to go with my dress. My dress is Sottero and Midgley Renata, i’ve attached some pics but in case they don’t work, here’s the link – https://www.maggiesottero.com/sottero-and-midgley/renata/8319
Would you suggest I wear a veil with the dress and if so what kind would you go for?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m biased because I’m not planning on wearing a veil. But I think the back of that dress is just so beautiful that it would be a bit of a shame to cover it up. What about some sort of head piece instead? If you do go with a veil, it should be really simple so as to not detract from the dress details.

Normally I suggest a veil but with that dress I’d go for a sparkly headband or even a sparkly comb.

Stunning dress, I don’t think you need a veil. Get some bling in your hair girl

Like PPs have said, I would probably skip the veil and go with a pretty hair piece. Your dress has a lot of delicate details that I wouldn’t want to cover them up

No veil, the back of the dress is the highlight.

I think you should definitely have a veil!! The dress would be so stunning with a Juliet Veil! I think it’s a shame to miss out on the one occasion in life you can wear a veil, and you can just remove it after the ceremony, and it doesn’t need to cover your face when you walk the aisle, just drape beautifully behind you.
It could be long or elbow length, single layer disguising none of the back.

Thanks for the input everyone. I hadn’t been planning on a veil because I didn’t want to hide the back of the dress but the closer the wedding gets and the more I see everyone else’s beautiful veils the more I want one!
Annelise210516 – those veils are so stunning!
