We just booked our video.  I DO CINEMA.  They are amazing.  Best in Adelaide I think πŸ™‚  It is a little pricey though.. It is worth looking into though.  They even do a  same-day-edit to play at the reception if you wish πŸ™‚

@Nic01:  Ohhhh I see πŸ™‚  They do an amazing job though.  I guess it is vital to weigh up what things are most important for you and your Fiance.. then you can decide what to spend most of your $$ on.

We got a little carried away and when for their $6,000 package lol!!  But for us it will be worth it πŸ™‚  Our photographer is a lot cheaper.. it only came to about $3000 so I guess that sorta balances it out!

What are you doing for ceremony/reception?  We are booked at St Laurence Church North Adelaide and Donato’s reception centre.

If you haven’t organised trnasport…. I would highly recommend All American Chevys.  George and Penny do an AMAZING job πŸ™‚  The cars are adorable!!  I honestly couldn’t care less about cars… so they REALLY impressed me lol.

What about centrepieces and what not?  Have you planned much?

OOOH! I wanna join in!!

I’m not engaged yet (boy, do I get SICK of writing THAT!!) But we’re planning to have our ceremony/reception at the same venue (Al-Ru Farm) http://alru.com.au/

We’ve been emailing a really great photographer who has just the look we want!
http://melbouldenphotography.com.au/    but I think we’ll skip the videographer.

We’re not religious/getting married in a church, so we’ve chosen this celebrant
http://www.ceciliawhitecelebrant.com/

Hair and make-up will be done by Complete Look (just emailed her for prices – she charges $95 for hair and $95 for makeup (airbrush) she also does flowergirl makeup for free. She has done hair and make-up on the Aussie version of Four Weddings, and seems just lovely!

Ummmm… what else? I’ve made our wed-site on wix.com and our invitations on purpletrail.com

We’ll be doing a DIY candy buffet with stuff from http://www.confectionerywarehouse.com.au/

We’re looking at this Day of Coordinator
http://www.artofbride.com.au/index.php/services/wedding-day-coordinator-package

Now I just have to get engaged! YAY! Whoops, I better tag you guys now!

Hey girls!  How exciting… I can never find Adelaide people on here lol.  Yes I am getting married October 2014 – so still plenty of time.

Glen Ewin Estate?  Lol I use to live next door πŸ˜› Well before I moved out of home!  It is beautiful there… quite expensive though.  Are you in the pulp shed?  I have seen their bridal fairs… that’s where I found my centrepieces πŸ™‚  I think they have really long tables.. looks beautiful though!

The chevys cost us approx $3,000 all together.  That is for two classics and one convertable.  They pick us up from home in the morning.. bring us to the church.. drive us around to as many places as we like for photos… then drive us to the reception.  They  then come back at midnight or whatever time we ask to pick myself and Fiance (HUBBY lol) up and drive us around the city for a hour and then to our hotel πŸ™‚

I haven’t booked hair or makeup yet.  I already use a makeup artist her fb name is Kristina Murray. She does a great job and for a good price πŸ™‚

@Quinlan:  All of those places are good.  They are all pretty much in the same area… North-Eastern suburbs.  Anything around Tea Tree Gully is really nice πŸ™‚

@kfiorita:  Thankyou πŸ™‚ This area has good rent prices (approx $270-300p/w) for what we are looking for! We’re going to come down soon and check it out!!
