A few I’ve found that are fairly reasonable:

-Highland Springs Resort

-Hidden Creek

-Tennessee Gardens

But they’re all outdoorsy and kinda far from Hermosa Beach :/ There is a post in the Inland Empire board of the Bee that has more options, other than that, Google is your best friend lol. Good luck!

We just had our beautiful wedding at the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach, We spent about 20K for everything (photographer, DJ, coordinator, venue, food, cake, officiant, etc.). Definitely worth checking out.

We got married at the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden in Claremont, CA.  It was under that price for everything.  It depends on what you’re looking for.  That was an entirely outdoor venue but another option is the Bridges Auditorium in Claremont, it’s really pretty and more of the ballroom feel.  Our second choice was the Christmas House in Rancho Cucamonga (a Victorian mansion B&B), but that one would depend on how many people.  The Mitton Building in Redlands. My sister got married on a yacht in Newport and I’m pretty sure it was under that price.  It really depends what type of space you’re looking for.  Here’s a recap of my wedding
