Hello Ladies! I am needing some help regarding my Wedding Favors….
My Theme is BROOKLYN BRIDGE since thats the location we’ll be getting married by.
I found some Christmas Ornaments on sale that had the BRIDGE! and I thought it would be a great idea to give them to my guests as keepsakes of our day, instead of the typical ceramic bride & groom party favor.
My question is…
HOW can I put me and husbands names and Wedding date in the souvenir?
Should I get some ribbon with our names, and tie it?
Should I write it at the bottom of the souvenir?
Should I leave it blank?
Any suggestions will greatly appreciated!

Idea! Could you maybe buy some small, metal, personalized charms and hang them on the ornament? You could almost certainly attach it to the hook on the top if you got them with a small chain. I feel like that would look more professional than ribbon and would last longer. If you wrote it on the bottom nobody would see it.
A quick google search brought this up:

Oh I love the charm idea! It might cost a bit to have them made, but it would be truly adorable and personable.

I would not spend a lot of money on metal tags. The reality is that as cute as your favors are ( good score by the way) , most people do not want to display things with other people’s names and wedding date in their homes ( immediate family excluded maybe).
Most people have their own themes for their Christmas tree decor so they may not even get displayed there.
Writing your name and date on the bottom will ensure that people remember where they got these for years to come, but doesn’t introduce another color to their Cristmas tree color scheme and doesn’t take unnecessary $ on your part.

Ive seen that “Printed Ribbon” with your names/dates on it! =) Check out Exclusively Weddings or even Oriental Trading Co.

Perhaps you could slide small wedding bells on a ribbon tied from the center hook on the bridge, to signify the event itself, and then have your initials and date stamped on golden metal tags, or printed on the ribbon itself? I think that would be festive and discreet enough for any tree. Any if they don’t want to hang it one year because it doesn’t match their tree color scheme…they can display it elsewhere in the home. On a window sill, in a figurine cabinet or China cabinet. I feel like I’ve seen other small monogram options at craft stores in various shapes, sizes and materials. Might be worth a gander to inspire you if you don’t like the tag idea.

Very cute idea, I am also considering some type of vintage ornament. We’ll write on ours.
Has anyone found the charms for a decent price? I was looking for those to make bracelets for my bridesmaids and the moms.
