DF’s family is from Uruguay and I’d like to end my speech by saying “thank you for welcoming me into your family” in spanish. I know I could look this up online but I know sometimes the translations use words that don’t quite fit or are overly technical.
If you could help, I’d be very grateful!

MemberThe first one says thanks for letting me be a part of your family and the second one says thanks for welcoming me into your family. I would use the first one also, its more proper.
