lol, i thought It was going to be something much scarier. Like a pregnant mother dog jumping on your door trying to get in, or someone threw a cat at your window out of cruelty!

Your right, spay and neuter is crucial for several reasons 🙂

That happened to me once, only it was an armadillo…I couldn’t sleep in my room for a week after that!

You could check with your local pet shelter whether they do Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR).

The moral of the story is spay and neuter your pets before you end up with a zillion cats outside your house that hit your bedroom window at 2am and scare the poop out of you.

Hehe, this made me laugh. I’d be freaked out too though.

@HawaiiBamaBride: Many non-kill shelters do that now.  The cats get released back to their old neighborhoods after the procedure, since it often takes too much time and effort to socialize a stray or feral cat.  But because they will be spayed/neutered, they won’t add to the overpopulation.

This is a better alternative to euthanizing them, which is what many shelters do with unadoptable cats. 🙁
