mu_t :  Sorry, I just saw the end of the year too.  Sedona is in its high 50s to low 60s during December.  Look into Palms Springs, California instead.  You can do all these things there as well in, but in warmish weather like higher 60s.  In November, it can get to the 80s.  Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a resort there.

Palm Springs and Scottsdale both come to mind.

Scottsdale!  More spas per capita than any other place in the world.  Also amazing hiking and food.

If you werent looking at US only, I would suggest Sparkling Hill in BC! But it does get chilly there during the winter. So beautiful though.

I would second Palm Springs – specifically Indian wells. The Hyatt there is amazing.

mu_t :  There are a lot of great options in both locations, depending upon your taste, budget, etc. I’d recommend just going on TripAdvisor and browsing.

Austin Tx or Fredricksburg TX. Austin has resorts out on the lake or night life in the city. Fredricksburg is west of Austin and is Texas wine country. It is an adorable little town with vineyards, spas, cute shops and lots of B&Bs with spas. Further flights but in general less expensive than places like California. Plus Texas winter is mild.

Eta: Fredricksburg is also near Enchanted Rock, a  super fun place to hike and explore.

Scottdale’s weather is comparable to Sedona’s.  If you’re okay with high 50s to mid 60s, I would say Sedona over Scottdale.  It’s a bit of a drive, but the scenery is so much better than Scottdale’s.  Sedona is known as the ultimate spa oasis.
