I follow Naturally Knocked Up online and FB.  I have added some of her suggestions and have noticed changes in my health.

I love the website.  Through her suggestions, I now buy all my herbs via Rose Mountain herbs.  Almost a decade ago, I started eating organic and using organic personal products.  The extra cost is soo worth it.  Although I did fall off the organic 3yrs ago, TTC encouraged me to get back on.  This time around its much easier cause organic products are available everywhere instead of just your local health food store.

I follow Infertility Cure and I ate more  cruciferous veggies like brocoli and cabbage. I also started eating hormone free meats. But mostly I cut out things like gluten, dairy, cold foods, raw foods and things that are hard to digest like peanuts.

Aside from feeling healthier, did it help you get pregnant?

@KoiKove:  I’m very sorry to hear about your miscarriage!

We’ve been TTC for a while. I cut down on caffeine, no alcohol during the TWW, take my vitamins, try to eat healthy. But that’s about it so far. I always try to buy organic, whether we’re TTC or not.

Next cycle, we’re getting infertility diagnostics done, but I thought it couldn’t hurt to also try a more natural approach, and it would be super encouraging to hear success stories. Because honestly… I feel like it’s all on me and it’s getting a bit frustrating. Darling Husband happily smokes cigarettes, eats junk food, and has a pretty stressful job. For all we know, it might be him who is having issues.

It doesn’t help that in our circle of friends, there are currently three unplanned pregnancies and one unplanned newborn. All mothers drank like fish, ate junk food, and in one case, lived on coffee before getting pregnant.

Sometimes I feel like it doesn’t really matter what you do; Some people get KU, others don’t. 🙁
