I wouldn’t really call these fantastic, but here is a silver wedge that might work. You could add a shoe clip or flower if you wanted. And they are only $30. Or here are some white ones.

Two suggestions:  Seychelles has some really cute wedges that might work, but it would depend on the style of your dress.  I got the “Joan” wedges in off-white and have gotten SO many compliments on them.  I got them as back-up shoes to the original shoes that I bought (Nina Critia in blue) but had the same dilemma as you . . . I was worried about sinking into the ground at my outdoor wedding.  Looks like I won’t need my back-up shoes for the wedding because I bought “Sole Savers”  which slip onto the heel of your shoe and prevent you fron digging into the dirt.  I have heard they don’t work for everyone, but I tried them on my shoes and they work just fine (and keep me from sinking).  Here’s the link:  http://www.thesolemates.com/  Good luck!

I enjoy browsing shoes and I’m bored at work so I’ve found a couple possible options for you.  I don’t know the formality of your event so two of these are very formal and the other two are more casual.  I also don’t know your budget for shoes so a couple of these may not work depending on that.

Casual White Wedges w/ 3″ heel – http://www.zappos.com/romantic-soles-shanny-white-patent

Casual White (or I really like the Pewter color) Wedges w/ 2.25″ heel – http://www.zappos.com/ak-anne-klein-frolic-pewter

Formal Ivory Wedge w/ 4″ heel – http://www.zappos.com/pour-la-victoire-bridal-and-evening-cordelia-ivory-satin

Very formal Ivory wedge w/ 4″ heel – http://www.zappos.com/pour-la-victoire-bridal-and-evening-enya-ivory-satin

If I find anything else that could work outdoors without sinking, I’ll post it for you!

I found these on ebay!! I haven’t tested them, but it makes sense, more surface, less chance of sinking. that way you could have the option of still were a spiked heel. They’re called solemates heel protectors
