Yikes!  I hope you feel tons better soon.  I know this is easier said than done, but please try to relax as much as possible.  (hugs)

Glad to hear it wasn’t anything too serious. I think this is a really important lesson to learn – just relax, and don’t put too much on your plate

Yikes!  Glad they were able to figure out what it was.  Sometimes knowing can make it easier.

May I ask, what meds did they give you? Could you get an anti-anxiety medication to just have on hand? I have Klonopin and I take 0.25mg when I need it, but I don’t have to have it all the time. It’s not habit-forming, but it does calm me and help me re-focus my energies when I’m not dealing well with the overload. It’s not as though you can really drop any of what’s stressing you out, but there may be things to help you manage the stress better… and it doesn’t sound like you have much time for a yoga class. :o(

Good luck!

good luck on the portfolio! I remember that time in my life (cutting black boards mounting everything just right, all nighters) it can really wear you down. Try and stay calm and take it all in stride! I have had some stress problems this year as well so I really feel you. Sending you lots of love!
