Ugh yes I have these! They are terrible on my thighs and are even creeping down to my lower legs. There are also tiny ones on my face, which SO is convinced are not there, but they are very visible to me. I think it’s genetic because my aunt and grandmother also have this problem. I have tried a bunch of lotions that promise to reduce the appearance of spider veins and they don’t work at all. I also heard something about vitamin K, which I’m skeptical of. Even a year of being really good at the gym and working out hasn’t made the ones on my legs look better (because I found that being sedentary may cause them – but I have never really been a sedentary person). I do find they don’t look as bad when I’m tan, so Jergens Natural glow has been a lifesaver. It seems the only things that work, and would require $ and a doctor, are laser treatments and sclerotherapy. I see groupons all the time for laser face treatments and lipo and cellulite removal etc., so I’m just waiting for one for vein treatments and I’m going to snatch that up!
