I don’t eat seafood of any kind. I try it, I’ve just never liked any of it.

I am also not adventurous – I won’t beat brains, or heart, or that kind of stuff. I have tried it occassionaly, but it skeeves me out.

DH apparently was a VERY picky eater as a kid – he wouldn’t even eat cheese! He eats (almost) everything now – he hates cinnamon (???), cucumber, watermelon

@Moonbear17:  I’m kinda picky – but I don’t like duck and I’m not fond of salmon.  FH is really picky and he would starve if he went to that wedding.  vegetarian meal – good luck.  If it’s not chicken or cow or bacon – he doesn’t eat it.

@Moonbear17:  I will eat salmon, but not duck because of how greasy it is. However, I commented the way I did because I don’t feel either of those are “traditional” choices that will appeal to the majority of guests. I am slightly picky but I will try new things when I feel like it. If it something I know I won’t like, I don’t waste my time gagging over it (i.e. liver).

My husband will eat just about anything.

I’ll eat almost anything. And I’ve eaten some fairly strange things. But I’m not a big meat eater, and we almost never eat it at home. Only when I travel!

@Moonbear17:  FH tries to pull that one all the time and it’s ‘well you liked it last time…’

@Moonbear17:  The only things I cannot even stomach are mushrooms and coconut flakes!  But I LOVE coconut shrimp?!

I am so not picky. I’ll try just about anything (As long as it’s not moving or have a really bad odor). I eat a lot of things that many have never tried… Duck, squid, Foie gras

    I’ll try just about anything.

The only things I don’t like are the bland, boring food!

So many people dislike seafood but it’s my favorite thing.  I love almost all seafood!  Definitely better than chicken IMO!  Though I cook mostly vegetarian at home.

I finally had bone marrow a few months ago.  Most people won’t touch it.

I can’t figure out how people hate sushi either…one of the best things ever!

Other “abnormal” animals (by US customs) don’t weird me out either.

I think insects would weird me out though.  I might try it, but I wouldn’t be looking forward to it!

I’ll eat just about anything, generally. I’ll try odd things at least twice to make sure I don’t like them (just in case the first time it was prepared badly or something). My husband really will eat anything as long as it’s healthy for him.

I’m not a picky eater, but salmon is one thing I just don’t care for. I do like duck, just not the calories it has, lol.

The list of things I would eat are shorter then the list of things I won’t eat.

I don’t touch most white fish, I don’t eat porc, beef, or any meat other than chicken & duck & turkey. I will eat oysters, salmon, and tuna, but it must be raw.

I hate brussel sprouts, tomatoes, sqaush, cucumber, zucchini, beans, fruit of any kind (it’s a fear really).

But I’m getting better 😉 I ate my first sweet potatoe 2 weeks ago o:.

growing up I was always a weird eater, and when I liked something, I would eat it non stop till it literally made me sick (therapist said it was a comfort thing after my parent’s split).

Growing up, I never thought it was weird how many foods i hated.

I voted I am very picky, because that’s what everyone tells me. I personally don’t think I’m that picky.

I don’t eat any seafood or fish, simply because I don’t like the texture and taste, and I don’t eat any meat with skin or bones in/on it [They need to be deboned and deskinned for me to eat it].

That’s pretty much it…. i prefer to eat chicken or red meat, but I’ll eat redmeat once in awhile. I love all fruits & veggies.
