We have a very nice greenhouse that we built out of these amazing french doors and windows that my boyfriend’s dad found in a dumpster! It helps us get our seedlings started early so we can enjoy free food out of our garden all summer and fall.

My dog and cat were both free too. My dog is a purebred pug and someone my mom knew paid like a grand for him when he was a puppy and then decided they didn’t want him 6 months later. Their loss!

Evercare Dish Brush
I tried to think of something super cheap that makes my life a little better (aside from all sentimental free animals & husband love letter stuff which is awesome).
But one of these stupid little dish scrubbing brushes (mine is different than the picture) is one of the most awesome things I own because It makes washing dishes so much freaking quicker and less gross. Horray for the simple joys.

Fiance and I recently bought a 97 cent cinderblock. Our guinea pigs LOVE it. It’s a tunnel, a cool place to lie down, and a nail file, it’s just so versatile.

Since I brought them up here is Zuko and Kronk. They are the best thing I’ve bought recently, but they weren’t cheap what with the entire cage set-up and all 😛

ETA I also found a hand vac on sale for 15$ when I was setting up my pigs, that thing was one of the best purchases ever. I do a quick vaccuum of the fleece in their cage and their playpen every day and they never smell. It’s so quick and easy with that thing, takes 2 minutes.

About $4.00.. for a pack of sticky notes. My Fiance writes little notes and love messages on them from time to time and sticks them all over the house.

I got a “wild bride” sash for my bachelorette party.  My Maid/Matron of Honor bought it for like $5.

We’re never going to Vegas without it–free drinks for all the girls and entry to just about every club because of that thing.  Best $5 she ever spent.

Oh and the other day I bought a bag of m&ms for 50 cents and I just sat there and took it down.  It was spiritual.

The pretty silver USB I got free at a conference and I keep all my wedding plans on it. It’s in my purse constantly so I can pull stuff up at work.
