Reading some of these morning routines made me realize a lot of us get up really early. So, what time do you go to bed vs what time do you wake up?
I go to bed…well I TRY to go to bed around 9-10pm and wake up 6:15ish. Sometimes Darling Husband keeps me up later or now school keeps me up later since M&W I dont get out til 10pm. I do much better on 9 hours of sleep vs 8 or less.

@jesssamesssa: we typically go to bed anytime between 10:00-11:30pm depending on how tired we are. Darling Husband wakes up at 7:30 and I get up at 8:30.

I try to be in bed by 11, but really most nights it’s midnight. Alarm goes off at 6, I get up at 6:30 (unless I was too lazy to shower the night before, then I get up at 5:30 to shower and dry my hair etc etc).
So, somewhere between 5-7 hours?
I’d love to get 8+ a night but I’ve found that if I sleep 8-10 hours I feel groggy and slow the next day. The days I’ve functioned best I get 4-5 hours…but I also have a really hard time telling myself I’ll feel ok the next day on 4 hours of sleep and therefore can’t convince myself it’ll be ok and I should stay up haha.

I go to bed on average between 11:30pm-12:30am and wake up at 6:00am.
On a good night, I get 6-7 hours of sleep.

@jesssamesssa: I am a morning person, but I married a true night owl whose whole family (including his children) also are night owls. I USED to go to bed between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. and get up at 6-6:30 a.m., depending on my schedule.
NOW, to keep up with and spent time with Darling Husband, I sometimes don’t get to bed until 1 or 2 a.m., and I still usually wake up at 6 something. I definitely do not get enough rest.
