Does anyone else take spinning? I just got back into it and my gym got new bikes. Im going to try and go twice a week since the workout is so intense. By the end of every cycle class Im dripping sweat and feel sooo accomplished.

I spin usually about 3 times per week, and I LOVE it! You’re right, its such a great working and I feel super accomplished! I have to space out the days I go though, because my butt bones are sore haha. I have invested in a padded seat and padded shorts-they are well worth it!

Has anyone invested in cycle shoes? Ive thought about it, but I really need to prove to myself that Ill go enough to rationalize spending the money.

I teach!!! Been teaching for 9 years (since I was 19), And let me tell you, spinning with cycling shoes is a whole new experience….. they help you keep proper form and insure you will not come off of your pedal…. If you search around on the net, you can find them for great prices, and make sure you purchase clips (the part that connects to the bike) that match your gym….
Spinning is one of the best workouts I get besides running!!!

I love spin class & I take it 3 times per week at my gym. I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds already, great cardio work out. I love it! 🙂 I also invested in cycling shoes & it makes riding a lot easier.

Spinning is my FAVORITE! I go to Flywheel in NYC, and it’s like an addiction – I love the adrenaline rush right after class!
