In another post about an unrelated subject there’s a sub arguement about whether or not exit numbers match the mile markets on US highways.
An example if you’re traveling on I-95 and youre looking for exit 20 and you pass exit 10 so you know you have 10 more miles to travel. In this case the exit #’s line up with the mile mamarker
on the contrary if the exit #’s are sequential (1,2,3…..) no matter how much distance is in between them (ie. exit 10 means nothing except you’ve hit the tenth exit in the state nothing more) then they don’t line up with the mile markers.
Which state do you live in and do the exits match mile markers in your state or not.
I live in Georgia and the match. I can couch that they match in SC, NC, VA and MD. I think FL too
