I have no idea what a Rotary is but I thought I would give you a bump.  I guess the first thing that came to my head was a VFW hall?

goingtotherooftopoflove:  I’m not currently a member of Rotary or Roteract, but I thought I’d chime in to say that I met my husband while he was a Rotary exchange student, so we’re both pretty fond of the organization 😉 We’re both just starting out in our respective career fields, but I imagine once we’re a bit more settled and better able to financially contribute to Rotary’s great causes we will become members.

I’m commenting to follow. I was recently a speaker at a Rotary meeting and have been asked to speak at another club? chapter? I’m not sure what it’s called.

Anyway, I really enjoyed the meeting. I’ve had two offers of sponsership and am really toying with the idea of joining.

My father is in Rotary and after we move, DH and I are both toying with the idea of joining. He LOVES it and he has met so many great people through it!
