I voted for both. Our dating anniversary is August 7 and we have always said happy anniversary on every 7th. We are getting married next year on September 7, so we will still be celebrating on the 7th of the month, it will be combined from now on 🙂

We got married within a few days of our dating anniversary, so we will just celebrate once.
If they weren’t so close, I think we would acknowledge the dating anniversary, but celebrate the wedding anniversary.

My best friend’s parents do something cute~ They give EACHOTHER gifts on their anniversary, but give their kids gifts on their dating anniversary… which is like… a few months later.
My Fiance and I have always spoke about celebrating both. Maybe with a nice dinner or something on our Dating Anniversary, then gifts or whatever on our wedding anniversary (which will be a month later)

Our wedding anniversary is 3 days after our dating anniversary, so we only celebrate the former (although we acknowledge both our dating anniversary and the day we got engaged).

Our dating anniversary is Christmas Eve, so we’ll celebrate that day regardless. After the wedding I think we’ll treat our wedding day as our anniversary and Christmas as Christmas. Every year he makes sure to tell me that these presents are Christmas presents and this one is the anniversary present!

Our dating anniversary is 6/27 but we married on 6/23. We actually celebrated our dating anniversary one last time by having a nice dinner on our honeymoon.
I may still do something small if my dating anniversary wasn’t so close to our wedding anniversary though!

- Wedding: September 2012 - Schloss Heiligenberg/ Spearfish Canyon Lodge
We’ll celebrate both. We actually chose to have our wedding later in the year to give us a little breather. We have our dating anniversary followed by Valentine’s Day a few days later, my birthday in March and his in April…. that’s a lot of celebrating. So we chose September to spread out the love some more. 🙂

I picked “both” but we haven’t hit our 1 year wedding anniversary, so I don’t really know. I think that we’ll both say something like happy 3 year when the dating one rolls around later this year, but not really celebrate.

Lol, I totally could have written this post! We have just never celebrated our anniversary besides remarkng on it, and have been together seven years. I think he wants to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but I feel more attached to our dating anniversary! Haven’t decided yet what we will do.
