Yes, anything that touches the “private parts” or stimulates the “private parts” for sexual gratification is “sex” to me.

Oral sex is foreplay, same as all the other stuff. Sex requires penetration.

You’re a virgin until to participate in penetration sex of some kind.

@drummerbride:  The very way your worded this contradicts you:

Oral sex is foreplay, same as all the other stuff. Sex requires penetration.

You yourself called it “oral sex.” There are varieties of sex. Sexual intercourse requires penetration, but oral sex is just that, oral SEX.

I guess it depends. I classify all of those as sex in terms of adultery, virginity, and abstinence. But in normal conversation, I restrict sex to penetration.

To add to my previous comment, sexual activity is divided into sexual intercourse and sexual outercourse, which are both categories of sex/sexual activity. Oral and anal sex, since they include penetration, are considered sexual intercourse.

@scarlette:  I just figured you were really horny today 🙂

As for thread – they are all sexual acts to me. Too hard to define as circumstances vary. If Fiance and I both came without penetration but it had been a good session I’d still call it sex.

@scarlette:  Now I understand the question… Sex (in the technical defintion of the word) means penetration but as you know, oral sex…. is still sex. So yes, I had sex, but I am still a virgin if no penetration was ever done!

So to me, if my husband-to-be had oral sex as in a woman gave him a blow job… he had sex and it is divorce time!

@mrsSonthebeach:  It’s called oral sex, which is considered foreplay. also, if you actually read the OP’s question it is asking more if she does some things like oral and manual stimulation is she still a virgin, the answer is yes. Besides oral isn’t usually the end result in foreplay, penetration is.

And not at all a contradiction, oral stuff is referred to as oral sex, but is typically considered foreplay.

I guess it depends.. but my rule is… if anything is stuck into a hole… then it’s sex… so penis into mouth, butt, vagina all equal sex… fingers into vagina/butt equals sex.

In those cases you have had some type of sex… and I wouldn’t feel right saying I was a ‘virgin’. But it really depends on the person… and the technical term is penetration so some of my cases don’t qualify…
