I know everyone’s supposed to drink 8 cups of water a day… but I never come nearly close to that. I RARELY drink water. I do not like it, except in juice, in tea, or if the water is filtered & ice cold with lemons in it. I do not like bottled water at all, it makes me sick (yea, I’m wierd).
Not many people I know actually drink anywhere close to 8 cups water/day. Maybe 8 cups in a week. I know its bad, unhealthy, etc…

I picked between 2 & 4, but I SWEAR I try to drink more than that during the day. It’s just SO HARD to remember….

I should really drink more water. Every New Year’s resolution for me has “drink more water”. But I never stick to it.

I force myself to drink it throughout the day. I feel so much better and less starving when I do.

honestly, most days i’m lucky if i get a cup during the day. and it’s not like i’m drinking other things instead. usually i don’t drink anything. sometimes i need to tell myself that i’m not part camel!

Like 20+ cups a day. I have a 4+ cup water bottle and I go through it about four times during the workday, once while working out, and 1-2 more times before bed. I am the worst on road trips. 😛
