99% love sharing a bed with SO – he doesn’t snore, doesn’t fidget or anything so it’s lovely really 🙂

1% of the time I love to stretch out my legs spreading out on the bed! Hehe!

I love sleeping in the same bed as Fiance, but he sprawls out and takes up a lot of room, and I toss and turn and steal pillows and blankets. A lot of nights we sleep separately and while I miss him being in the bed with me, we both get great sleep.

I actually read an article recently that said that the happiest couples are ones who sleep separately, because you both are well-rested and better able to deal with your day and interact with one another. If you sleep better alone, then maybe talk to Fiance about it and see if sleeping separately at least sometimes could work out better for you both. It doesn’t have to mean there’s less closeness or love- it means you get more sleep and feel better all day!

Well, I’ve only been sharing a bed for 8 nights so far 😉 but as of now I love it! (One of my friends told me awhile ago that you actually can’t snuggle together and sleep…well, Darling Husband and I have been successful in that regard! I think it’s cuz once we’re asleep, we both don’t really move during the night. I don’t know if that’s normal.)

I love sleeping together, but it definitely took some getting used to! We have a queen now but definitely plan to upgrade to a king in the future.

I hope this doesn’t make me a horrible Bee..but I laughed out loud at so many of the posts. We started out with a two-twin=king bed, because we were broke! we literally took our beds from home and pushed them together. then we got used to having that much space, and it got bad. just after the wedding,

we bought a memory foam mattress from BJs (watch your face when you open that box, good god!!!!) for 350, usually over 600. I HATE IT because its too firm for me, but we don’t wake each other up by moving that much. the bed itself still shakes if you move a lot.

we sleep on opposite sides of the bed. Darling Husband loves to snuggle, but I feel constricted/have to have my feet out of the blanket/need to flip all around and CAN’T. but, when it’s cold, I scoot close enough to put my feet on him because he’s so warm.

I also sleep with one leg in the jack-knife position to kick him as he snores.

    5 words . . . . king size bed, separate blankets.

I loved sleeping by myself before Fiance and I got together.  I would sprawl out in the middle of the bed and kind of sleep in a diagonal. It took some getting used to but eventually I did.  The separate blanket thing helps a lot, he would also steal the blankets because he likes to wrap up like a mummy.

I’m a crazy sleeper so I feel bad that I may disturb him because I roll around so much. I’m also a pillow hog. We have three pillows on each side of the bed (six total) and sometimes I wake up and I have five pillows and he has one. I don’t even know why he still shares a bed with me haha.

It’s strange though I grew up as an only child ( my sister is 19 years older than me so we never lived together) and always had a twin sized bed. My first big girl bed was when I moved out of the dorm and into the apartment I share now with my fiance. He wasn’t living with me at the time so the the first night I slept in the bed all by myself and I was so freaked out. It felt gigantic even though it’s only a queen. Haha…that night I would have killed to have him next to me. Now the bed feels too small lol.

Yes, I love it.  In fact, I can hardly sleep in bed if he isn’t there.
