I’ve been telling people of late as I’m getting frustrated that I’ve not lost anything despite my efforts in changing my diet 🙁 It’s always a topic of conversation in our office this time of year.

I’m surprised at the dreams one. I like hearing what people dream about lol. I think the list also leans towards hearing negative things like “I slept wrong, my back and neck are killing me.” I would be annoyed hearing complaints!

i am an open book for the most part. I talk about anything that is not personal and or stuff that can harm my rep. When i am dieting i tell people i can’t eat out. If i am really hungry and i am on a low carb diet yeah i am bitchy and i broadcast it. That’s just me though i talk about random stuff and of events in my life. If i know someone and i see a change I’ll ask. I want to know what they are doing. It’s hard to lose weight and keep up so acknowledging it can really boost someone self esteem and motivate them more.
