I don’t wear a bra to bed, and I also wear a bra less than I probably should, haha. They’re just so uncomfortable! If I do wear one, I normally take it off as soon as I get home.

Never have, never will and have always been top-heavy, so that;s not an issue. Most lingerie salespeople will tell you not to sleep in them as there is no reason to. Sleeping in your bra has no medical basis for helping you with anything except being uncomfortable.

I just have too much going on up top to not have anything on when I go to sleep.

Im VERY well endowed and when AF is coming they get very heavy and tender so I wear a sports bra to sleep. But the rest of the month you better believe that bra comes right off when I get home.
