They make things for that. Let me find some.

Here you go:

http://www.herroom.com/dimrs-nipstik-nipstik-adhesive-silicone-nipple-covers.shtml?utm_source=adv&utm_medium=search&utm_campaign=pla&utm_content=Dimr01-Nipstik&kwid=productads-plaid^94924019229-sku^1152663-adType^PLA-device^c-adid^51976128429

You can find them much cheaper elsewhere but search for silicone nipple shield/cover

I can go without a bra to, but I have the problem of nipples standing up. I usually go braless in backless dresses or dress with built in bra. I also have a floral dress with a halter top that bunches around the bust so you can’t tell if I’m wearing a bra or not. Just depends on your clothes, beyond that pasties works.

Plain old band aids work too!

I’s watch band aids. I did that once and the adhesive irritated my skin and cause break outs.

cherryiice:  I can’t. Even in 90 degrees, my boobs are at full attention. Unless I’m walking the dog at 5 am, I need one.

I have something like leilarobs2: posted.  I don’t go braless since my chest is too large but I wear thin bras and always have problems with looking like I’m cold (which is not fun at work) so I wear these and they work great.

I like the silicone petals.
