    We didn’t try, but I happen to know we conceived on O day because I was away the fertile days before O.  Too early to find out.  According to Shettles, this would be a boy, right? If so, I’d be very happy. If not, I’d be very happy. We’ll see. πŸ™‚

    DH’s Mom did this to have a girl and she had one. We talked about trying the method, but since we got pregnant by accident, we didn’t. If we go by the method, we should have a boy. We will be finding out end of September.

    With my first we conceived on O day and she was a girl. πŸ™‚ IS a girl.

    @Mars62312:  Male sperm swim faster but live shorter lives. Woman sperm swim slower but live longer. So they say to have sex closer to O for a boy, and farther from O for a girl. Didn’t work for us, but we weren’t trying for either, we just wanted a baby. πŸ™‚ I wanted a girl anyway!

    Our wedding officiant told us he and his wife tried this to have a girl.  They tried it for two pregnancies and both times got girls.  He joked that making a girl was a lot harder than making a boy, (they had two boys before they had the girls).

    Huh, I’ve never heard of this but I guess it worked for us. We got busy 2 days before O and had a girl.

    Unplanned pregnancy, so we weren’t actually trying… but still.

    We got busy 1 day before my O day…so I am assuming this would be a boy according to this method. I will find out September 17th and let you know πŸ™‚

    @Juliepants:  Awww. Thanks. πŸ™‚ I think she’s cute, but I’m highly biased.

    She turned 4 months today!
