We picked out his clothes together. It was really something we worked on together, and he made the final decisions.

None of the above?  I told him what would be appropriate for the wedding, and let him pick out his own tux.  He doesn’t believe he can dress himself (he is getting better!) and insisted I approve his choices and pick between the final two (which I wouldn’t – both were fine and he picked the one he liked).

He has always cleaned up really nicely, so I wasn’t worried. We both agreed that he would wear a white suit and he took off from there with the rest.

He’s basically wearing whatever I decide he should wear… I’m not a bridezilla at all, he just doesn’t care much about clothes.  That said, we have similar aesthetic so he’ll be happy wearing it.  He’ll be in  simple linen or gray pants and vest, not a tux or anything.

He told me the basics, lied about a couple of things but surprised me with wearing converse.

I picked out everything for my Darling Husband and his groomsmen knowing what he would and wouldn’t like.

Our colors were champagne and blush pink so of course I opted for ivory vest for him and champagne for the boys…there was no way my Darling Husband would have worn pink. ๐Ÿ˜›

I had an idea of what style tux I pictured my FI in and showed him photos but, he had already thought about it and figured it out. Ok. I just need to show-up then. Cool! ๐Ÿ™‚

I think he’s down to two tuxedo options – either Ralph Lauren or Tom Ford. Both my recommendations. haha. I have requested that he not do tails with the tux or wear anything like a vest matching the tablecloths. Just simple classic well-cut black tux, which is his style as well. I know that he’ll look amazing.

He knows waaay more about suits and tuxedos than I do – I don’t even get why it’s necessary to wear a real tux, I like normal suits just fine! – but I did ask him to wear a gray suit/tux/whatever. I don’t know what it is about gray suits that turn me on but they do. Also a normal tie, not a bow-tie – I don’t like those things – and we both prefer handkerchiefs over boutineers. I will be going shopping with him so I can see what kind of gray we are using.
