I don’t wear mine at work.  I work in a lab, so I am in and out of 100 gloves a day, and washing my hands/using sanitizer- it just wears down the white gold.  I do pin it on the inside of my pocket though, so I always have it with me 🙂

I also don’t swim in it- the chemicals will wear it down.  I don’t sleep in it, shower in it, or do any cleaning in it (again, chemicals).

@DaneLady:  I’m the same. I don’t shower, sleep or clean in mine, and I take it off to swim and to work out. Otherwise, my rings are on my finger. 🙂

I wear mine pretty much 100 percent of the time.  I work in it (in a lab – I’ve never had issues with the gloves), I shower in it, I sleep in it.

That said, the softball league I’m currently in requires me to remove it for games and occasionally I will forget to put it back on for a day or so.  It doesn’t mean I love my Darling Husband any less.

I take mine off while doing anything messy (cooking, gardening) or wet (showering, swimming). Otherwise it’s on my finger.

I wear mine very infrequently.  Sometimes I won’t wear any rings, sometimes only my wedding ring or wedding ring plus other rings, sometimes only other rings.

No more or less married when I choose any of these options.

I wear mine when I’m out, always, unless it’s a quick pop to the nearby store to get something. I never wear it when I’m home.

@peanuthead:  because the big fancy schmancy ring represents the vows you made to your other and not a fashion statement? lolol I totally get what you mean though.

I  forget mine a lot.  One time a co-worker asked me if I was still married…  Darling Husband and I worked together so that was pretty awkward…  Otherwise, I don’t think anyone notices or cares.

I wear mine at work and when I’m out and about.  I take it off at home.  Won’t wear it if I’m going to say, the family cottage or to the beach, etc etc.  I do forget to put it on sometimes.  No biggie.

I wear mine when I’m at work/school.

I dont wear it when I am coaching, cleaning, cooking, hanging out at home, sleeping, showering, getting ready to go somewhere, exercising, while doing laundry, etc.

I have to say I probably dont wear mine more than I DO wear mine…but I rarely leave the house without it, aside from the gym.

I have a thin, plain band.  I wore rings before we got married, so it doesn’t bother me.  I take off the engagement ring at home most of the time.  I generally wear it to work and when I go out, but sometimes I forget.

I wear mine if I am out. If I’m at home, I take it off as soon as I hit the door.

My wedding band only comes off to shower or do really messy cooking (like meatloaf or kneading dough) or put on lotion / hand cream so far.  I sleep in it, clean in it, etc.  It’s a 3mm plain titanium band, and I honestly forget it’s there until I look down.  My engagement ring is only worn out to places where it won’t get damaged though.
