I would. We went to a wedding at the beginning of October–I purchased a gift online and had it mailed to them between the bridal shower (which I couldn’t attend) and the wedding. No thank you came, no mention of the gift at all, so I was a little worried that someone swiped it off their porch. We saw them at New Years’ and they admitted that they hadn’t gotten around to thank yous yet, so I never had to ask, but I was definitely going to. We did eventually get a thank you like a week ago. :

I’d send a quick, casual note asking if they received it. Just tell them what you told us — you were afraid it arrived when they were on their honeymoon, and then wish them well. 🙂

    I wish I did that.

Fiance was the best man at a wedding – we gave a sizeable gift, in cash. NEVER received a thank you – I’m assuming they got it, but what the heck! It was years ago, and it still irks me today!
