@kaylee26:  I have a pair that I almost exclusively wear and I’ve had them more than two years and they’re going strong!

I keep my jeans for a long time. The oldest pair I actually would still grab to wear is probably at least 7 years old. I keep 10+ year old jeans as my “painting” jeans or other activities like that.

I have about  8 pairs that I wear regularly (I wear jeans to work everyday) and the last about at least 5 years.  I just retired a pair I bought in 2003.

I have a few really old pairs of jeans that I “don’t care about” (i.e. wear if I think I’m going to get dirty or something).  Those are over 10 years old.

As for jeans I wear regularly, I’d say they range between newer (purchased within the last few months to a year) and 5 years old.  I wear jeans every day to work, so I do get a lot of use out of them!

the insides of the thighs wear out and tear. i’m fat, my thighs rub together, the fabric wears out. it’s what happens to mine. i’ve patched a couple pairs, but it’s not worth the effort when the jeans are inexpensive.

@kaylee26:  tight rub ruins my jeans so I dont get to wear them often. I have them in 3

sizes 8 6 and 4. I usually wear the 6 but I have my fat jeans and thin jeans.

Because I have knees that are inward and I do a lot of weight lifting (leg press 500lbs) my thighs are thick and rub together so my jeans don’t lat more than a year or so…

I think because of my knees, even if I had slender thighs they would still rub together.

My jeans last me at least five years. I find it takes a good year to get them to my favorite stage where they’re snug but not too tight and just fit my body perfectly.

I tend to keep my jeans for years!! hence why I don’t mind spending $100+ on a pair. I just got rid of a few pairs I wore back in high school (almost 10 years ago), because the style, not because of them being worn out
