    I use both pads and tampons, but pads far more.  I find good tampons slightly uncomfortable, and always have to wear a pantyliner underneath.  I wear them to get a break from pads.  I’m lucky, though, because after the 3rd day I barely bleed unless I exercise.  I buy thin pads like always, change them often, and am happy with them, plus pads are better for you; you’re at higher risk for infections with tampons.  I looked into the cup for a while, but read it can increase your risk of endometriosis, so haven’t tried it.  I’m a little paranoid about hurting my girlie bits.  Wink

    Pads (when I was growing up tampons were just not the norm in our household) so to this day I’m fine with them. I started ocassionally using tampons about 15 years ago. Took me a long time to get used it. HATED the card board ones, so its plastic glide all the way. So I voted both.
