Fiance has done the dishes, brought me meals in bed, done the laundry, vacuuming, and picking up after the kids for the past two days. I am not even sick just feeling lazy after busting my butt getting ready for Christmas lol. He said he wants to pamper me and make up for me having to do it all by myself for the past year. Aww! Yay for the end of our LDR!

I complain sometimes about him needing to do chores around the house without my asking him specifically to do them. Last night he loaded and ran the dishwasher right before I was about to make dinner. Had to figure out what to make with only one pot and one frying pan and no slotted turner, whisk, or forks. Hahaha, that guy of mine…

@peaches13: Love the lego candy message!  How adorable!

I was bummed this morning because one of my original wedding ideas showed up on the Knot, and my lovie sent me a picture of our new kitten to cheer me up:

It worked πŸ™‚

I cannot even list everything my husband has done for me this week! I mean honestly!!!!! Its been a hectic week with Christmas, family & my 9 year old sister staying with us for 4 days on her Christmas break!

He fixed the vacuum cleaner when it got clogged up, picked up the kitchen, made me food SEVERAL times because I have been to sick and tired to do it myself, put our new fireplace together as soon as we got home from my mom’s on Christmas eve because he knew how excited I was, swept for me, ect! Anything I asked him to do he didn’t take a second to jump up & just do it or if he saw me getting overwhelmed he was right there to help me or fix whatever the problem was!

I am one lucky lady!!

SO is a star.  When he was here (I’ve been staying at my parents for Xmas/New Year) he helped my mum with all the “man jobs” even though I have two perfectly capable brothers.  Before he left to take his mum home he apologised for us not having time to spend quality time together over the break (you know how families can be) but he’s coming down tomorrow for New Year and I’ve been promised some “us” time.  I hadn’t even asked for it.  Bless him.

FH is always doing nice things, but just now he made me a cup of tea and brought me some chocolate graham crackers in preparation for watching “Bridesmaids”

My hubs is taking down and packing away all the Christmas junk from around the house RIGHT NOW! Guess what i’m doing? I’m sitting on my bum and browsing Weddingbee …

He is only sort of glaring at me.

He did the dishes while I as asleep last night, which is nice because we don’t have a dishwasher.
