Garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting, father daughter dance (if you didn’t have a close  relationship growing up,vit feels forced), also the grand entrance (but that’s just cause I can’t think of what to do)

I would like to see the end of attendants having to buy their own attire.  Something about mandating a dress code and also mandating that people buy that dress and shoes, just seems so off-putting for me!

garter toss, and the wedding party dance if your wedding party isn’t filled with couples.

Note: I don’t care if you have these things for your wedding, but I don’t want them for mine:

Garter/bouquet toss, any dancing where the guest are not invited to join along and you just awkwardly watch people dance, giving away the bride, cake cutting, unity ceremonies, canon in d, I could go on forever probably.

I don’t like the money dance. It always feels ackward watching the bride and groom dance for money.

I don’t hate it, but it annoys me. The clinking of the glass to get the newlyweds to kiss at the reception. Our DJ had a wonderful suggestion for that.. the first time we’ll kiss.. then when it happens again he is going to explain each time it happens from then on he is going to randomly choose a couple (pulling their names out of hat, we’ll give him the names beforehand) and they’re going to have to stand up in front of everyone and kiss. I think it’ll be fun and people will enjoy that! It’ll either stop the clinking real quick, or make them do it even more.. we’ll find out!

i’m not american so maybe that’s why, but the garter toss (and they way some grooms bury themselves into the bride’s skirt etc.) is really odd?!

The Electric Slide. I feel like I have not been to a wedding where they didn’t play it.

This will probably get shut down, but….

Traditional wedding music, wedding cake, waiting to see the groom until walking down the aisle, cliche reception music, and unity candle/sand/wine, etc.

The garter/bouquet toss.  The whole thing seems weird to me!
