Ours will be small.65 adults plus 10 little kids/babies. I have the smallest family ever. My only aunt, uncle and grandparents will be unable to attend due to distance and health issues. I have no cousins. So for me its just immediate family. Fiance has a large family but a lot are out of state and won’t be attending. At least I have a decent amount of friends attending. Lol. I swear I’m the only person I know with no cousins.

Tiny- 15 or so people total.

it’s so funny to see people’s point of view on things. I think a wedding of 100 is a small wedding! Only because I think I’ve only ever been to bigger weddings. We are having a big wedding, with 300 people. But I don’t consider it humungous. Yes, Lord help me.

Our wedding was average – we had 130 guests

We are expecting around 320 which is considered small for us Greeks. Lots of people getting offended that they aren’t getting an invite.

We’ve invited 92. Counting ourselves, we will probably end up between 75-80 which seems about average to me, maybe a little on the small side of average.

Avg. wedding here. No more than a cpl hundred. That too is closer to 175 than 200…

Oh wow! Lucky you! I can’t even imagine how much harder that is to plan.
Bummer that people are getting offended. We invited 300, but in this economy tons of people couldn’t travel. What kind of venue do you have to fit everyone?

- Wedding: October 2011 - Bed & Breakfast
We are having what we consider to be a “small” wedding with 39 people total, including ourselves. “Small,” around here, is anything 75 guests or less. “Average” is76-125, “large” is 126-200, and “huge” is more than 200. When I was interviewing photographers, I met with one who had recently been the lead pohotographer on a 500 guest wedding in the DC area. I don’t even know 500 people! It blew my mind.

between mine which will be 125-150 and others I have been too I think mine is average… under 100 small and over like 175 is pretty big.

Honestly, I could care less if people get offended because the people we really want to be there will be there! But I do feel bad for my grandmother who gets affected a little more easily. Oh, well.
We are having a ballroom wedding that seats 340 comfortably and 380 uncomfortably. Fiance and I both told our parents that the limit in the ballroom is 320. 🙂

We’re inviting about 270, and hoping 200 come. I would say that’s “large.”
Some might say that’s huge, but if that’s huge, then what’s a wedding where 300 come?

I think that under 100 is considered an intimate wedding.

I am loving the normal distribution. Very cool.
I know, right? It’s subject what tiny and huge are–that’s why I made the poll with two parts!

I think ours was low – average. We had 75 people.
