I’m sad to say Mister is pretty much perfect in this department. He had a couple really odd sweaters (aqua? what???), that have since made it to Goodwill. If anyone would be the fashion criminal it would probably be me. I used to think mud up to my knees, cut off tshirts, holey sweatshirts, sweatpants, pajama pants, and mismatched socks were all perfectly fine to run to the store in. Ok, I also worked with horses, but still. I’m much better after Mister’s tutelage. I finally have more clothes than him! And I have more than one pair of shoes. And everything is cute and I no longer smell of horse! lol I almost never wear tshirts anymore. Mister is pretty happy about it, lol.

@Eight6Eleven: I’d be so easy if I did his laundry, but we each do our own!  Maybe it can just disappear and I can pretend I have no idea what happened to it.

@KatyElle: Oh! The disgusting sneakers! I feel your pain! The last pair we had to make a deal before he’d get rid of them.

The other thing I wish he’d get rid of is a brown velvet smoking jacket. It’s awful.

Fiance dresses really nicely and I can’t say that he has anything I hate. I, however, have things that he hates to see me in, LOL. And I refuse to get rid of them!

Fiance always wears work clothes.. so frustrating… even if they have paint on them. if i say i wanna go look at stuff down town he’ll put them on.. WTF??? what type of situation do you think youll come across at the mall??.. its effing annoying…  And when i do get him shopping ill say ‘this is nice’ and he’ll scrunch his face up at it.. but if this dude (owns the shop, we live in a small country town), says oh rex try this.. he’s like yeah i was just looking at that before.. WTF???

Great thread!  Gave me lots of giggles!!!

My Fiance still has old rock shirts from like 20 years ago that probably should have been thrown out at least 10 years ago!!  Rock shirts alone are bad but worn out ones are far worse!!!  Ugh…  Luckily he doesn’t wear them much anymore!!!!   I’m a strong influence. ; )

My SO has a shirt with a picture of Linda Blair from the Exorcist that I hate! I’m always afraid a child will see it and freak out. Haha.

For all us Canadian girls, my FH wears Stanfields for work and I can’t stand them! He always tries to give me hugs while wearing them or throws them on me while I’m getting chagned! His are also fab becasue they are covered in oil and grease stains from working on his truck.

So itchy and horrible!!!!

For non-Canadians, Stanfilds are grey wool pull-overs for working. Warm, but that’s all they have going for them in my book!

tighty whities. The first time I saw him in them my mind went “are you serious?”

I’ve grown use to them now. It’s only underwear. But if h had to change one thing about his wardrobe…
