Urhines – I thought it might be Greek or something and prounounced like “Year-in-knees” but was quickly corrected. It’s pronounced “Your Highness.”

there is a spanish name that I know of, a girl that is super close with my cousin has this name. I remember the first time I was going to meet this friend of hers, she sent me a text saying “oh btw, xochitl is coming out too” . I really thought it was a mispelling. Like maybe how on a keyboard if you place your fingers wrong while typing you get some nonsense words when thinking that you are spelling something? yea…thats her real name though. Its Xochitl. Pronounced soh-chee. if I ever tried to pronounce that on my own without having someone explain it and say it, I would have never figured it out.

@KatyElle:  hasn’t that been posted like 8 times in this thread? geez…. then again it does say the most out their names that you have HEARD so technically maybe all the people who have mentioned these supposed twins have just heard of them and don’t know them. While I have not heard those names before this thread, I sure hope that is made up.

@stardustintheeyes:  ahh!! i’m sorry, I probably shouldn’t have written that.  Did not mean to offend.  I just remember creating a chart for a 3 y/o and thinking “um, really? Cinnamon?  How will people take her seriously?” But i’m glad your cousin has served her name well!! I’m so sorry!

@StefLovesJamie:  I also know a group of sisters (there’s 10 of them) and some of the names are Faith, Hope, and Joy.  The others are normal.

Yesterday, I came across a name that is Korean, but man it looks bad.  Man Hoe.  Seriously.  Spelled exactly like that.  I won’t put his last name but that’s what his name was.

I work with someone who also has 9 siblings and they are all uniquely named.  His name is Gentle.  I don’t remember all their names but some of the others are: Storm, One, Galaxy.  I really wish I could remember the others.  Their last name is also pretty interesting.  It’s one of the four seasons.

One more name that I came across at work a few years ago is Sexual Desire.  I think it was Desire or maybe Destiny.  But his first name sure was Sexual!

Oh yeah, and we had a school nurse in high school whose name was Anita Man.  Lol We thought it was very funny when you said it outloud.  She then married and her name became even worse, something like Anita Man Now or something like that.  I don’t recall but trust me, it was worse!  Now I need to ask one of my former high school classmates what her name changed to so I don’t torture myself trying to figure it out!

@MrsDrRose612:  Im not offended! lol I just think its funny because it does actually come off as a stripper-ish name. I am not putting down strippers btw at all! Im just saying that when strippers are given names like candy, cinnamon, destiny, diamond etc. by the club they work in,  its hard to not associate those names with that line of work. But its not meant in an insulting way ya know? either way I joke with her all the time about how she missed her calling as a stripper 🙂 she’s a good sport about it.

@Mrs.DBee:  Oh that poor girl. (I actually had to read it twice to get it).

I grew up with a girl named Happy and one named Cinnamon.

@stardustintheeyes: HAH! your post was prophetic. 😀

The Mayor of a small town in Alberta is named Phil McCracken. He made it onto Letterman because of his name.

I worked with a Richard (Dick) Hare, who’se brother’s name was Peter. His dad was a urologist. Just mean.

I went to school with a girl named January
