Mostly kitchen gadgets for me too.  Hubby had old hand me downs and I was living at home before moving out with him so we needed or had to replace basically everything.  I didnt register for any decor stuff cause I didnt really have an idea of what I wanted to do and enjoy shopping and bargain hunting for things of that nature.

It was kitchen stuff for us too :). We got a ton of household items like towels and furniture and sheets from our parents when they upgraded, but we didn’t have anything beyond like, one pizza pan and a set of clear glass dishes from Walmart :).

We are in the same boat with all sorts of cookware/kitchenware.  We are starting our home anew and need all the bells and whistles to go in it.

One thing I made sure not to register for is cooking utensils.  People seem to love giving those by the bunch, as I’ve noticed at friends weddings, and friends have gotten several sets of can openers, lemon zesters, etc.  I personally can make do with one spoon for now but we do need that toaster!

We registered for full set of china and crystal service for 12, so that took up most of our registry (place settings, serving dishes, wine glasses, water glasses, etc)

Definitely kitchen stuff. China, crystal, serving platters, baking dishes, rice cooker, knives…oh dear god did we badly need a good set of knives…

We put a few towels on there, and a couple of bigger items because DH’s family wanted to get us furniture/major appliance type stuff, but overall the whole thing was definitely very kitchen-centric.

We’ve been living together in a house for over 3 years, so there are things on our wish list that we have desperately wanted for a while for the Kitchen and the Bedroom (Kitchenaid Artistan Mixer, blender, memory foam mattress topper, nice sheets, a down-alternative comforter that doesn’t feel like bunches of cotton balls in rough fabric lol) among other specialty kitchen things. We have a wide range of things but we don’t need pots, pans and utensils. And luckily, the hand-me-down plates that I received from one of my BMs back in 2007 are close to breaking, are chipped and worn… so I’m ready for a new set of plates, A.K.A. Mikasa Red Berries 🙂

Kitchen stuff, but non-typical kitchen stuff. We really don’t need much so the things I put on there are like the SodaStream. Fun and cool but I’d probably never buy it for myself.

In terms of volume probably mostly kitchen stuff like shower gifts. But in terms of price, definitely china and crystal.

Definitely kitchen stuff!!!   There are so many little things that we need since we are moving in after the wedding and have nothing at all

Ours was mostly kitchen stuff, just not appliances since I have every kitchen appliance I’d ever want. We registered for cooking “tools”, pots & pans, corningware, a wine rack, mixing bowls, silverware, etc. We also registered for alot of bathroom towels and bed sheets. Hands down, my favorite gift is the Magic Bullet.
