I find valerine root great to relieve tension. Since childhood I have ground my teeth and clenched my jaw (mostly in my sleep). I get a lot of swelling and tension in my jaw. And the valerian root helps on bad days. Its supposed to help with stress and anxiety too— so that probably factors in too. 

Chamomile and peppermint teas also very great. Helps sooth a sore stomach for me.

Aloe- the gel you consume. Also great for sore stomach or heart burn. (Helps almost instantly)

Echinacea – when I feel allergies or a cold starting up. 

B12 sublingual & prescription vitamin D- I have to take, as I am deficient – I dont find that they make any noticable difference.

Iron and b12. Im fortunate enough to be in the medical field so i can check my levels myself fairly regularly. I wouldnt suggest to ANYONE to start on either without consulting their doctors first. Iron overload is particularily dangerous!

i am deficient in both, and notice the iron reduces my shortness of breath, and increases my energy while the b12 helps me feel more awake, focused and energized. It also helped me with my cognition and memory (i was dangerously deficient before i started supplementing, so i unfortunately did have some neurological defects because of it)

I take glucosamine and “1 a day women’s active life” or something close to that lol. the glucosamine does wonders for my bad hips!

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat:  I used to take probiotics every day….they were great at helping me with digestive issues. Now I ferment my own  milk kefir….it is fantastic! It really has performed miracles by way of general wellbeing and energy. I no longer have digestive issues!

I have a thyroid problem so I take Biotin which helps with my hair falling out and my brittle nails and also B12 which gives me more energy and speeds up my metabolism.

I also take probiotics and a womens multivitamin. I found that since I started taking all these I feel better overall and also it’s helped with my weightloss I am losing more now with the vitamins than I did without.
