MemberMike, but only his immediate family calls him Michael and it just sounds weird when I hear it. He prefers Mike and goes by Mike everywhere, yet they still call him Michael.

MemberMy Fiance is Mario but his friends call him Ma, which slightly freaks me out because everytime I hear them call him that I think of the Charles Branson/Bronson Missouri epsiode of The Simpsons where everyone in the the town are various versions of Charles Branson and the one little boy calls his mother “Ma”.
I also think of Super mario brothers, but thankfully he isn’t a short, chubby Italian plumber with a mustache,
