Another bee just told a terrifying story about staying in a haunted hotel which made my whole body tense up. I LOVE scary stuff and found myself wondering, could I actually stay in a supposedly haunted hotel and I’m not sure.
Would you stay in a hotel that was supposedly haunted?

It depends on what happened there. A whole family massacred by a man without a face? No thanks.
I’d take a bunch of natural death hauntings, though.

Depends! There’s a very famous haunted hotel in my city, but it’s also one of the most expensive, so I haven’t had a chance to stay there. I probably would, though, if I could afford it!

Yes. The Banff Springs in Canada apparently has a few ghosts. I’ve stayed there a few times and I’ve been fine. It has such a rich history and is such a lovely hotel that ghosts wouldn’t keep me away lol.
Not sure I’d want to stay in a haunted room, though!
I’ve never seen a ghost before… but part of me definitely believes!

I woldn’t go out of my way to stay in a huanted place, and I also wouldn’t go out of my way to avoid it. I am a logically person who doesn’t really play into or beilive things I can explictedly see or experience.
If it’s a place where horrid things have happen edto other people, I wouldn’t want to stay there, because I probably be imagine what happen and how it happen rather then enjoying my stay.

I don’t believe in ghosts, so yes. Demons, on the other hand, are another story.

Nope, I’d rather sleep outside.

I did stay in one! Last year I went on a ghost hunt with my sister, her boss & some of her co-workers. Her boss is VERY into ghost hunting (he has all the equipment & has tons of experience). So he arranged an overnight ghost hunting trip for his employees (they were allowed to bring SO/friends if they wanted to). We went to Punderson Manor in Newbury Ohio. We were the only group ghost hunting that night, and broke up into groups from midnight-3am and spent time in the restaurant, the “owner’s suite” the library and a meeting room. Each group had some experiences, I had personally one in the restaurant.. we had some results with the tool that measures heat and some sound recordings. It was a really cool experience, and I’m glad I did it. It totally freaked out my sister & she said she’d never do it it again. It wasn’t really scary, but you were definitely on your toes the whole time! It is a functioning hotel/lodge… and we did stay the night, but once in our rooms we had no experiences.
My personal experiece was with this tool that looks like 2 metal sticks. You hold them out in front of you, with a really light grip and speak to the “ghosts” asking them to show you a sign that they’re there.. I was holding these sticks out in front of me, asking to show me a sign.. and very slow they started to cross over each other, then the one on the right bobbed back & forth. I swear on my puppy’s life I wasn’t making them move, they were truly moving on their own.. I set them down & was done with that for the night lol.
