I went with the matching band that goes with my ring. I looked around too, but nothing went well with my ring.

What about two thin plain bands, one on either side of the e-ring?

I stuck with just one band for now… may add another one at some point!

I have a split shank (but with a halo setting) and I wanted just one straight pave band. I am getting a gemstone band to stack with it, but that will go in between the two rings.

Here is the set (not the greatest picture).

The band and my Engagement Ring look like different colours because I have not worn the band yet, I’m sending my Engagement Ring to get cleaned really well before our big day.

Here is the band by itself…

Like I said, I bought the matching band that went with my Engagement Ring without looking around. I then decided the set was too plain, and I couldn’t wear the band on its own without it looking weird because the band it shaped to my Engagement Ring. I went to 3-4 stores and looked at other bands but couldn’t find anything I really really liked.

This one came the closest… my fiance HATES IT. He thinks the band distracts away from my solitaire… and I have to agree with him.

Sigh. We still have awhile to go before the big day… I might still keep my eye out for a band. The other option that my fiance suggested was that I wear 2 bands (that match my E-ring).

    We’ll see I suppose!

@csperry2:  I like that, the band looks great with your ring.

I love the classic look of a single straight band!!!

@mrshollinger:  I absolutely love that straight band with your ering. I’m a fan of non-matching bands and e-rings ๐Ÿ˜‰

@Scintillante:  Hahaha, we went into Ben Moss just last week and I told the lady I am still not happy with my set and I want to look around blah blah and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and told me in the bitchiest tone EVER that that is the matching band to my ring and why would I ever want to get something different… and then she was a total B while she showed me other possibilities and she pointed out everything that was wrong with every band……

Long story short, I am not getting the mismatched band ๐Ÿ™

I am making my Fiance happy and sticking with the band we already have that matches….. (p.s. I am only doing this because I just sprang it on him that I want a different dress than the one that I already have…. yeahhhhh)

@mrshollinger:  Wow, that salesperson should really keep an open mind because there are so many different tastes out there. Enjoy your band and have fun getting a different dress, hehe! ๐Ÿ˜‰
