I haven’t seen a post on this in a while, so thought I’d ask a fresh one. If you have a split shank engagment ring, what kind of bad did you get? Or did you get one?
I have pave diamonds on two sides of each shank already. I definitely don’t need more bling…but I’d hate to not have a wedding band. But also have tiny fingers and don’t want them becoming stubs because of so much jewelry!
I’d love to see photos of your sets!

I have the same problem/challenge and will be interested in what other split shank e-ring wearers have to say!

I love the look of rose gold, but I’m afraid my love for it could fade over time. (Same reason why I decided not to get a gemstone e-ring).
I think the only thing I do know is that I want to stick with white gold since it’s timeless.

Here are a few Bee’s that have split shank rings and bands. It seems as though diamond bands are the usual bands! I dont think that they are too much with the split shank, it looks lovely!!
Sorry the pics are so large!

Here’s what I’m doing. The e-ring has a matching band, but I don’t want something that uniform.

@jouissance:Your e ring looks so much like mine, and I was wondering where did you get your band? it matches so well.

@MissMaryMc: I know what you mean – I don’t want it to be too much either. The diamond bands the girls above have don’t look like too much though. I like the more uniform look of having it hug the ering, which probably will require a custom band for me I think. Have you decided?
Anybody not get a diamond band?

I knew I wouldn’t find anything to sit flush with my e-ring, but I found this band and thought the design mimics the split side/shank on my e-ring. Luckily I don’t mind the gap 🙂
