The best and cheapest, aspirin paste!  Crush a couple aspirin with a tiny bit of water. Put the paste on and let it dry.  It’s essentially the same as salicylic acid 🙂

Tea tree oil (diluted) works wonders for drying out pimples. I use it when I get breakouts (and don’t touch/pop them) and they’re gone in a day or two.

Evanhealy. Amazing stuff! Or puremedy acne free. Both at whole foods.

@FutureArmyWife12:  I use Cetaphil every night, and I haven’t gotten a single zit in months (and I’m pregnant, so that’s a HUGE feat!)

@FutureArmyWife12:  I get mine at Wegmans. I usually wet a q-tip with water, then put 2 drops of oil on it, and apply it to the area. It’s very gentle, and doesn’t make my skin red or peel.

@FutureArmyWife12:  A prescription for Retin-A from your dermatologist or family practice physician will work wonders.

@FutureArmyWife12:  Tee Tree Oil from The Body Shop. Just the concentrated stuff, but the facewash is amazing too, for maintenance.

@FutureArmyWife12:  It has so be aspirin because the ingredient is acetylsalicylic acid.  I don’t think Advil is.

@FutureArmyWife12:  It looks like walgreens and cvs would probably have it.You want the pure oil, not just a product containing it.

I would test out a little bit on a place that won’t show if you get a rash before you put it on your face, but if a small rash doesn’t form in an hour or two you’ll be fine 🙂
