they would be easy to DIY with a text box in MS Word I think. That’s how I did mine 🙂

Ok, first of all I’ll admit that I’m a huge DIY kind of girl. Not out of a sense of competition (like has been discussed in the post from yesterday, and I found all the comments very interesting) but becaue I love design and the customiziation possibilities. So, that being said, here are a couple of links were you can find square envelops.

The smallest they have is around 5×5. Then I’d make the cards and print them out on cardstock. Cutting squares is so easy with a really nice paper cutter. I paid about $30 for mine and I use it ALL the time. It has grids on the base and is really easy. Hope this helps. 🙂 Good luck!

Sorry that link didn’t work. It’s http://www.paperpresentation.com. On the left hand side, you’ll see a link for "square" envelopes. They have different sizes and colors.

I love these! Can I ask how you would go about displaying them though since they don’t stand up on their own?

There are all kinds of things you could do depending on what your color scheme and themes are. You could use a tray filled with rocks or sand. You could cut slits in sugar cubes or use those wire picture holders or branches like Epjules mentioned. The skies the limit. It just depends on what would flow best with your reception decor.
