(Closed) Square Invites – Postage?

@SuperKate: I just looked this up yesterday. I believe it increases the postage by 20c. So if your invitation would normally take a first class/44c stamp, it would now cost 64c. While there are no wedding-specific 64c stamps, there is a pretty one with a butterfly.

We had to get the 64c stamp as well. Luckily, we are having a beach wedding and they had dolphins available, so it worked out 🙂

I think as long as they are not overweight, square envelopes get charged the nonmachineable surcharge of 20 cents . I’m sure it will be on USPS’s website.

Yeah, they were like 64 cents (its been over a year, so i can’t remeber excatly) but it was def 60 something cents.

It’s 64 cents for up to an ounce.  81 cents for 2 ounces and 98 for 3 (I think).

I’m waiting for a sample of my invite so I can weigh it for sure, but our save the dates were just the 64 cents.

And i had to go to a few post offices to find enough of them.  For the invites I’ll order online from usps.com.

I just mailed mine last week and my square invites were 1.05 each!yikes!  I would check with the post office to make sure.
