i found it on pinterest and did it last night and did not break them up. Fiance is laughing his ass because i cant walk….. i am determined to do what the challenge says and not work my way up to it…. I love challenging myself and this is a good way to do it. today and the rest of the challenge i will break them up into 10 or 15 a time until it meet the number for the day. Fiance happy because I will have a tone butt again.

Thanks for inspiring me to start this challenge πŸ™‚ I think the app I downloaded must be a different program because it started at 30 but I’m hoping to stick with it. I’ve been trying to incorporate more exercise into my busy schedule and this seemed like a good way to build towards me strength exercises!

I would like you to know that the news of your booty booty booty booty rocking everywhere has me on day 4 of the squat (and plank) challenge. I’m good about working out but(t) saw your post and was like ‘yeah, I too want a rap song worthy ass, now get low!’ Or you know, something like that. Just wanted to let you know that you really did motivate me and that my eventually stunning ass will be dedicated to you, internet stranger.

I had started the squat challenge the day before you posted this and wanted to quit because I couldn’t walk up the stairs the next day but you motivated me to keep it up!

starrynight898:  Lol I reached my first rest day and I’m hurtingggggg!!!! But hopeful! Making it through 30 days wont be a problem. After the first challenge I’m doing the second basic squat challenge and incorporating Abs to it.

I started this challenge yesterday and I’m sooo sore, in a good way. So thanks for the inspiration!
